CA – Notice at Collection

We at Evoque Lending, including its subsidiaries Evoque Lending Reverse, (collectively, “Evoque Lending Companies”) respect your concerns about privacy. This Notice at Collection describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use the information, with whom we may disclose, share, or sell it, and how long we may keep it. Terms such as “share” and “sell” have the meaning provided in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and its implementing regulations (collectively the “CCPA”). This content supplements our Online Privacy Notice, located at https://evoquereverse.com/privacy-policy/, and applies to the personal information of California residents where it is posted or linked.
This Notice at Collection does not apply to the Evoque Lending’ personnel, applicants or B2B personnel, or to information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (the “GLBA”) and its implementing regulations, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information about you:
- Identifiers: identifiers such as a real name, postal address, unique personal identifier (such as a device identifier, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifiers and similar technology), telephone number, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, Social Security number, driver’s license number, passport number, and other similar identifiers
- Additional Data Subject to Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80: signature, physical characteristics or description, state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, and other financial information, medical information, and health insurance information
- Protected Classifications: characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, such as race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, medical condition, ancestry, genetic information, disability, citizenship status, and military and veteran status
- Commercial Information: commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies
- Online Activity: internet and other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with websites, applications, or advertisements
- Geolocation Data: information about your location, such as your physical location
- Sensory Information: audio, electronic, visual, or similar information
- Employment Information: professional or employment-related information
- Inferences: inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes
- Sensitive Personal Information: social security number, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number, account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of mail, email, and text messages, and information concerning sex life or sexual orientation
Purposes for Collection
We may use your personal information for the purposes described in our Online Privacy Notice. In addition, we may use your personal information for certain business purposes, including as described below:
- Performing Services: Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, or providing similar services
- Auditing: Auditing related to a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance
- Short Term Use: Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, the contextual customization of ads shown as part of the same interaction
- Security Purposes: Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity
- Debugging: Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality
- Undertaking Internal Research: Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration
- Undertaking Other Activities: Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by us, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by us
Share or Sale of Personal Information
California defines a “share” of personal information for which you may opt-out as the transfer of information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money, but we do share your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising and you have the right to opt out of this sharing. This choice only applies to Evoque Lending as others in Evoque Lending Companies do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

To submit an opt-out request, please send an email at reverse@evoquelending.com. We also treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request. Please note that your request to opt-out of the sale or share of your personal information can only be linked to the browser you use when you make the request or have enabled the Global Privacy Control signal.
How We Retain Personal Information
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the business purposes that we describe in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Updates to our Notice at Collection
This Notice at Collection will be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.
